for Learning: Adults are "now-oriented" and practical.
They learn best when they see an immediate need that makes the
learning relevant to their lives.
Orientation to Learning: Adults are task-oriented or
problem-solving oriented (as opposed to subject-centered).
Motivation to Learn: Adults are motivated to learn by both
internal and external motivators.
